  • Interpersonal Conflict Resolution (ICR) is the foundation from which all of CCR’s conflict resolution work stems. Every positive or negative interaction we have with family, friends, coworkers and acquaintances depends on the skills we have to communicate effectively, to listen, share our perspective and collaboratively solve issues. The two-day ICR training is a pre-requisite to mediation training at CCR because we know that we have to be able to transform conflict in our own lives before we can begin to help others with theirs.
